Maximora Global was not built by one person — it was forged by two lives joined in a single calling. Rev. Dr. Paul Ekal Lokol and his wife, Joyce Akai Lokol, lead the movement together as co-founders, husband and wife, and lifelong partners in ministry.
Born and raised in Turkana, Kenya, Paul's life is a testament to the transformative power of faith, education, mentorship, and opportunity. From humble beginnings, he discovered and developed his God-given potential, earning a doctorate, authoring four books, traveling internationally, and leading initiatives that have impacted countless lives.
Walking that journey beside him, Joyce brings a steady ministry of healing and presence. A counselor, chaplain, and Christian musician, she has stood with Paul through every season — pastoring souls one conversation at a time, leading worship that draws people back to God, and bringing care to those the world often overlooks.
Together they embody the message they teach: that potential is never released in isolation. It grows in covenant, in partnership, and in faithful community. Through Maximora Global, they are committed to helping others discover, develop, and deploy their God-given potential to transform their communities, nations, and generations.

Why Maximora Global
From the Margins to Maximum Impact
A story of faith, opportunity, and the conviction that every life carries extraordinary potential waiting to be discovered, developed, and deployed.
I was born and raised in Turkana, Kenya, in a humble family where opportunities were limited and resources were scarce. My parents worked hard to provide for our family, but like many families in our community, access to education and personal development was a challenge.
Among my siblings, only my youngest brother and I had the opportunity to pursue formal education. Many young people around me possessed incredible gifts, intelligence, and potential — yet lacked the opportunities, mentorship, and exposure needed to develop them.
My life began to change through two powerful influences: faith and education.
The local church became more than a place of worship; it became a place of hope, encouragement, and transformation. Through caring individuals, educational opportunities, and spiritual guidance, I began to discover abilities and possibilities I never knew existed within me.
Over the years, that journey enabled me to complete my doctoral studies, earn professional certifications, travel across nations, and impact thousands of lives through teaching, leadership development, mentorship, and community transformation. Along the way, I authored four books and helped establish programs that continue to bring hope and transformation:
